POLICIES

Payment Process
On picture day, we accept Cash, Checks, and Debit/Credit Cards with the MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card logos. For online orders, only credit cards are accepted. Charges must be paid in full before they will be released for shipping or delivery.

Check Policy
Write the student number & school name in the memo of the check. When paying by check, you authorize NSF checks written to our company and the allowed state fee to be collected electronically or by draft.

How Online Viewing Works
Online viewing allows you to preview your poses. Session purchasers will be able to choose and submit their yearbook poses. Package purchasers can also select and offer their package poses through the online system.

Changes or Cancellations to Sessions or Orders are not available.
Session fees are non-refundable. If there is something that we can correct, please let us know. Standard rates apply if you change your hair color/cut or have braces removed and desire another session.

Production of the finished order begins immediately upon submission. Orders cannot be changed or modified once submitted.

Yearbook Deadline
Your school establishes your publishing deadline. You may submit your yearbook pose submission online before the yearbook deadline. We reserve the right to make a selection for your yearbook to meet your school’s deadline and style specifications if your personal selection is unavailable or not acceptable for any reason.

Retake Policy
Senior Portraits
We will retake your portrait free of charge if due to a photographer's error or a technical problem. Retakes for customer preference require a $20 fee per outfit. When a $20 retake is paid, your old & new images will be available in your online gallery.

School Day Pictures
We will retake your portrait free of charge if due to a photographer’s error or a technical problem. Retakes for customer preference require a $5 fee.

Model Release
Being photographed by Legacy allows us to use your images for publication unless we receive written notification that you do not want your image used. Legacy may use your photo (s) for publications and samples. If you do not want us to use your image, please provide a written notification by visiting our website at www.mylegacymatters.us. Click on the CONTACT US link and complete the form. This will notify us that you do not want your image used. We will confirm your request by email. 

Yearbook Only - Fee with viewing and selection: $40

Delivery Time For Packages
Portrait orders are custom produced. Therefore, all delivery dates are estimates. The average delivery time is ten days after your order is paid in full and package poses are submitted.

Sensitive Dates
Order by 12/1 for delivery by 12/18
Order by 05/20 for delivery by 06/04

Shipping
Shipping charges will be added to all print orders regardless of delivery method. Packages will be shipped to the address requested by the customer. International or express shipping may incur additional charges. While every effort is made to be as accurate as possible, Legacy reserves the right to review and modify all policies without notice. Legacy will not be responsible for typographical errors.
